Pastor Dwayne Duncombe has been a Seventh-day Adventist pastor for twenty-two years. For eighteen years, he pastored in the Lake Region Conference, serving congregations Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. Pastor Duncombe is a graduate of Oakwood University and the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University. While at Oakwood, Pastor Duncombe met his wife, Eunice. They have been blessed with 21 years of marriage and 6 healthy and energetic sons, ages 5–17.
Pastor Duncombe sensed the call to ministry at a very early age and feels blessed to serve Christ and His people. One of Pastor Duncombe’s favorite scriptures about the meaning of Christian ministry is 2 Corinthians 5:14–15 “For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died; and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died
and was raised.”
